I found reference to this "simulator" and wondered about possible use for the "fun" part of some training I'm running on the basics of offshore oil exploration & production for finance staff. No fun or even dull by worthy learning here by the look of things. I used to work offshore and know there is probably a decent game in the subject but I won't waste my time with this rubbish
...

Re: Stronghold 3

how do you start

Re: Solar 2 Review

very nice text, and yes, PLAY IT, it is very fun

Re: How To Play’s Games Of 2011

"Emphasised" with Alice, eh? *Wiggles eyebrows suggestively*

Re: Men Of War: Vietnam

I remember playing men of war when it was released (and later red tide), being a CoH fan I assumed the transition would be fairly simple and ended up being a little stumped by the difficulty at first since it is definitely more 'hardcore' but later grew to really enjoy the game and now generally feel as though I am a better player overall for it.
.
With regards to Vietnam I wasn't overly confident transitioning since I heard it had some interesting changes and held off purchasing, so if I am lucky enough to win it will inevitably save me a steam sale purchase and give me a chance to get the game earlier, yay!
.
Sorry but the image on the Stronghold article was annoying me btw, so I shopped this quickly, use it if you wish.. gimme a shout if they're incorrect in any way. That I7 sounds like its one of intel's 6 cores if their being honest. Which I doubt they are, because if they were they would of shown the render at least that 20fps they were talking about, instead they edited the footage. And even after that we're just taking their hardware spec at their word. What's worse is they've disappeared for so long with a brand new team, it now sounds more like their looking for investors more than anything else. I doubt there type of rendering will work any time soon. Polygons just take up less memory.

Re: How To Play: Team Fortress 2

Can't shoot what you can't see.

Re: How To Play: Team Fortress 2

Oh oh oh... Part of what made it so awesome was that, for purchasers of The Orange Box, playing Portal was like biting into a delicious sandwich only to discover that, by some incredible feat of space-bending physics, there was ANOTHER delicious sandwich tucked inside it. DOUBLE the deliciousness. It will tell you what all you need. By the way, you can breed once all your stats are to 100 and your horses spirit is up. Then, a heart will show up. That's when you can breed. Just don't ask me how to breed. I'm looking on how to breed.
